- Adjusted the processing order in `compute_ref_properties` to prioritize `Rojo_Target_*` attributes, preventing unintended overwrites of `Rojo_Ref_*` attributes.
- Added new tests to verify the correct behavior of reference path changes and ensure robustness against edge cases.
