Update LocalScript references in syncback format transition tests

Browse source 
- Changed references from `init.client.luau` to `init.local.luau` in the test for directory LocalScript to accurately reflect the script type being tested.
- Updated assertions to match the new file naming convention, ensuring consistency in the test's expectations for standalone files.
