Update syncback rules and property filter defaults

- Changed the default value of `sync_unscriptable` in `SyncbackRules` from `true` to `false` to better reflect intended behavior.
- Adjusted the property filter logic to align with the updated default, ensuring consistent handling of unscriptable properties.

These changes improve the clarity and functionality of the syncback feature, enhancing its overall reliability.
