Update asset IDs and improve header component styling

- Changed asset IDs for the logo and plugin button to new values for updated branding.
- Updated the header component to use a fixed white color for the logo and adjusted its size for better visibility.
- Modified the fullscreen notification component to reflect the same logo styling changes.
- Updated the brand color in the theme for a consistent visual identity.
