- Optimize VFS watch setup: recording mode, non-recursive project root watches, recursive only for $path roots
- Add PrefetchCache with directory init-file resolution and depth-limited traversal
- Enhance scripts-only mode filtering at snapshot middleware, VFS event, and prefetch layers
- Fix walked_roots tracking, prefetch path canonicalization, and sync_scripts_only propagation
- Set core.longpaths git config for Windows support
