Update snapshot files to standardize messageCursor redaction

- Replaced specific messageCursor values with a placeholder "[message-cursor]" across multiple snapshot files to ensure consistency in test outputs.
- Adjusted the test utility to add redaction for messageCursor, addressing non-deterministic behavior in macOS environments.
