Update version to 8.5.0 and document changes in CHANGELOG

- Bump the version of the `atlas` package from 8.4.1 to 8.5.0 in both `Cargo.toml` and `Cargo.lock`.
- Add a new entry in `CHANGELOG.md` for version 8.5.0, detailing the MCP integration features and enhancements.
- Update the version in `plugin/Version.txt` to reflect the new release.

These changes prepare the project for the upcoming release and ensure proper version tracking.
