ci: enable Clippy warnings as errors in linting step

- Updated the Clippy command in both `ci.ps1` and `ci.sh` to include the `-D warnings` flag, ensuring that all warnings are treated as errors during the linting process. This change enhances code quality by enforcing stricter linting rules.
