Update VS Code configuration and dependencies

- Updated the vscode-rojo submodule to the latest commit.
- Added a new extension recommendation for better JSON5 support.
- Enhanced settings for Luau LSP with additional configurations for diagnostics, completion, and inlay hints.
- Updated project template settings to include new Luau LSP sourcemap file and removed deprecated extension recommendations.
