Enhance service visibility configuration in snapshot tests

- Added `ignoreHiddenServices: true` and a comprehensive list of `visibleServices` to multiple snapshot test files to improve service visibility management during testing.
- Refactored logging in the `diff.lua` file to streamline the trace output for hidden services, enhancing clarity in the sync process.
