feat: allow conditional dependencies (#4)

* feat: allow conditional dependencies

* docs: remove conditional deps warnings

* fix: allow nested captures

* docs: add dev flag

* fix: `try()` uses pcall if passed `finally()`

* docs: interval is optional

* docs: update readme

* docs: add client/server tags
